Just returned home from the Ark in Ann Arbor to see Renee's post.
Kieran Kane
and Kevin Welch played nearly 2 hours of acoustic magic tonight for an
embarrassingly small but wildly enthusiastic crowd. They alternated songs,
accompanying each other, and honored most requests (those that they could
remember)--it was a real treat to see them in this format. Fun rapport
onstage. I didn't keep a songlist, but Kieran featured much of his new cd,
among other things, and Renee's setlists from New England cover most of
Kevin's choices. They had all of their product available and stayed around to
sign things and visit, even indulged some photo requests. Great guys-try to
see them on this tour if you can.
